The Participants

WHO ARE WE?

The group consists out of 17 young participants living in France, Germany and Italy. The mix of the group enabled a relaxed, open atmosphere during the first face-to-face meeting in february  in order to get to know each other and to find out in which fields the group could work together.

Ten participants are recently enrolled in master programs in such diverse fields as  architecture, social studies, intercultural conflict management, metropolitan studies, emergencies’ management, spatial planning and communication science. All of them have collected various experiences in studying or working in different countries and are close to finishing their study programs.

The other members of this meeting have entered the working life within the last couple of years. They contribute know-how through their work as social workers, coaches, mediators, journalists or in managing activities.

Whereas it is impossible to fully express the contribution of every single member of the group, it is clearly visible that there is an extremely high potential of intercultural, methodological and empirical exchange and cooperation for the upcoming work.

HOW DO WE WORK?

In order to have a transparent and continouasly workflow inbetween the five face-to-face meetings that will take place in the participating countries, we are working with virtual collaboration tools such as a wiki, webex, skype and mailinglists.

The group is split up into 4 organisational units that are responsible for preparing the frame of the face to face meetings. Here a short overview who is doing what:
