Why urban space matters
During this one-year training not only will participatory methods be learned, used and analysed by the group. Also we will continuously work on a common statement why the urban context is important.
First steps are taken
* End of may 2010, we started discussing with local organizations that applied Open Space Technology regarding urban topics. We'll raise the question in how far the urban environment is challenging (or empowering?) participatory processes.
* In october 2010, we enlarged our focus by getting in touch with local organisations in Lille/France. Further methods and approaches have be taken into in order to get a clearer idea about the specific urban frame within which the methods have been applied.
